Are the prices on the website Fixed?

In one word, Yes. Unlike other stores, many of our clients are browsing our products online. As such, the prices on our website have to be competitive. Otherwise .. we don't stand a chance.

We have a Fixed Price policy. You pay the price that is on the website, regardless of if you are in our store, in our collection center, or anywhere else in Pakistan.


Are our prices competitive?

They have to be, as explained above. Century Computers has some very fixed policies. We do not sell used, repaired, refurbished, or non-genuine products.

We only sell products that are:

·         Genuinely Original

·         Original box packed

·         100% Brand New

·         With Valid Warranty

Also understand that the prices on our website include Century Computers warranty. Prices could have been lowered, if we were offering International Warranty only. We simply cannot compete if someone is offering a refurbished or slightly used product as new and original.

Are the prices and product status updated on the website?

Our website is updated daily, but not hourly. Some smaller products may be updated even less frequently. So please bear with us if, in an unlikely scenario, the particular product that you have come down to buy, has already been sold.

Do I get a free laptop bag if I buy a laptop?

Some stores tend to throw in a free bag with every laptop they sell. Of course this does not mean the bag is free, its cost has simply been added in the price of the laptop. 

We keep our prices low, instead of adding a cheap bag for free. In any case, most people are specific about the kind of bag they would want for their laptop. Some do not want a bag at all.  If you do require a bag, you may look here

Would I lose my warranty if I am unable to produce the original receipt?

Absolutely not. We understand how difficult it can be for some people to save such documents over months, and we do not try to make that as an excuse for not giving out your warranty. We have a complete record of the laptop that you have bought from us.  If you have a problem, bring in your laptop and we will take it from there. Customer Service is on the top of our list, there are no specific warranty timings or days either. 

However, note that there are limitations levied on us from manufacturers:

        Product must contain all the original packing along with accessories and manuals.

        Product must not be misused, damaged, repaired or altered in any way.


Is Acer and eMachines one and the same?

Acer bought Gateway Inc. back in 2007 for $710 million. Gateway had already acquired eMachines Inc. in 2004. Consequently, eMachines is now owned by Acer. To keep the Gateway and eMachines market share intact, Acer decided to maintain these two as separate brands. For more detail, click below
